Welcome to The Service Bridge (“TSB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a concierge technology platform operated by IWYNO Finworks LLC, a Texas-based company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of users (including consumers and distributors) and service providers (“Providers”) who access or use our website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we collect through the Platform, whether you are a user seeking services, a Provider offering services, or a visitor to our website. It does not apply to information collected by third parties, including service providers, distributors, or clients, over whom we have no control.

2. Our Role as a Technology Platform

TSB acts as a technology intermediary that connects users with Providers to facilitate service requests, quotes, and transactions. We do not provide services, employ Providers, or enter into contracts between users and Providers. Our role is limited to enabling connections and managing the Platform. We are not responsible for how users or Providers handle each other’s data outside our Platform.

  • Usage data (e.g., pages visited, time spent, search queries, interactions with the Platform).
  • Cookies and tracking technologies (e.g., for analytics, improving functionality).

We may receive information about you from:

  • Payment processors (e.g., transaction status, fraud alerts).
  • Marketing partners (e.g., demographic data for targeted ads, with your consent).

We do not use your information to provide services directly or to act as a party to your agreements with others on the Platform.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Providers and Users: To facilitate connections and Service Requests (e.g., your contact details with a Provider, their service details with you). You and Providers are responsible for how you handle shared data.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: Companies that help us run the Platform, such as:
    • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for transaction handling.
    • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) for usage insights.

  • Business Transfers: If we sell or transfer part of our business, your data may be among the assets transferred, subject to this Policy or a similar notice.
  • With Your Consent: For other purposes you approve (e.g., marketing campaigns).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party actions or natural disasters.

If a data breach occurs that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law and take steps to mitigate harm, but you are responsible for monitoring and protecting your accounts (e.g., updating passwords, enabling two-factor authentication).

  • User and Provider account data may be kept for seven years for tax and audit purposes.
  • Transaction records may be retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus a reasonable period afterward.
  • We may delete inactive accounts after a set period (e.g., two years) unless required to retain data.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it and terminate the account. Parents should contact us at [email protected] if they believe their child provided data.
