The Service Bridge is a product and dba of IWYNO FINWORKS LLC ("The Service Bridge," "TSB," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use https://theservicebridge.com, OneCall, Ask an Expert, provider showcases, service request tools, quote workflows, messaging, payments, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
1. Scope
This Policy applies to Platform users, including service seekers, clients, OneCall users, customers, participants, family members, caregivers, providers, experts, advisors, partners, distributors, distribution partners, visitors, API users, and authorized account users.
This Policy does not control the privacy practices of independent providers, clients, distribution partners, payment processors, identity providers, app stores, meeting providers, external communication tools, or other third parties. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
Different terms apply to different roles. Clients and service seekers should review the Client and Service Seeker Terms. Providers, experts, and advisors should review the Provider Terms. Partner organizations should review the Partner Terms. Everyone must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account, Identity, and Contact Information
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, login identifiers, authentication data, organization names, account roles, profile photos, addresses, language preferences, notification settings, and support communications.
Service Request, Quote, and Project Information
We may collect service request descriptions, requested service type, location or service area, timing, budget, preferences, participant, customer, learner, family, or program context, q-sheet answers, quote notes, final terms, milestones, attachments, photos, videos, documents, messages, discussion threads, case notes, status updates, dispute information, and completion records.
Provider Profile and Compliance Information
For providers, experts, advisors, and firms, we may collect business names, service descriptions, rates, availability, service areas, languages, credentials, certifications, licenses, insurance details, background-check forms, W-9 or tax forms, direct deposit or bank details, professional references, intro videos, service images, achievements, reviews, ratings, and document review status.
Payment, Subscription, Payout, and Rewards Information
We may collect transaction status, payment identifiers, invoice details, subscription status, plan information, refunds, chargebacks, payout status, tax records, referral or reward information, and related payment metadata. We generally do not store full payment card numbers; payment processors handle card data.
Ask an Expert and Community Content
We may collect questions, answers, replies, tags, bounties, attachments, votes, favorites, flags, follows, ratings, feedback, and related moderation records.
Device, Usage, Location, and Security Information
We may collect IP address, device type, browser, operating system, app version, FCM or push notification tokens, cookies, local storage, page visits, bot-detection signals, session activity, approximate location from IP, location or zip code information you provide, audit logs, access logs, fraud signals, and diagnostic data.
Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from payment processors, identity providers, QWYKID or other QWYK iSoft services, partners, distribution partners, providers, clients, customers, participants, family members, analytics tools, messaging providers, meeting providers, public records, professional registries, background-check providers, fraud-prevention tools, and customer support systems.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage accounts, provider profiles, client accounts, partner accounts, dashboards, service requests, quotes, final terms, messages, reviews, questions, answers, subscriptions, payments, payouts, rewards, APIs, and integrations.
- Match or route service requests to providers, experts, advisors, partners, distribution partners, or workflows.
- Help users compare providers, communicate, finalize terms, schedule work, pay, track status, and resolve support issues.
- Review provider onboarding documents, licenses, insurance, tax forms, service areas, availability, and profile information.
- Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, invoices, taxes, referral rewards, and payment-protection workflows.
- Send notifications, reminders, inbox actions, confirmations, support replies, service updates, security alerts, and permitted marketing.
- Moderate profiles, listings, reviews, questions, answers, discussions, attachments, and Platform activity.
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, spam, fake profiles, fake reviews, platform bypass, credential abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and legal risk.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Platform.
- Comply with law, legal process, tax, accounting, security, app store, payment-provider, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, reporting, product improvement, and business planning.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- With providers when needed to evaluate, quote, discuss, schedule, perform, support, or complete a service request.
- With clients or service seekers when needed to show provider profiles, rates, availability, quotes, final terms, messages, reviews, ratings, status, or support information.
- With partners and distribution partners when a request, account, provider, advisor, user, program, or workflow comes through or is managed by that partner.
- With authorized account users, team members, administrators, or organization representatives.
- With payment processors, affiliated payment services such as EZ Pay Tekk, app stores, banks, tax providers, and billing providers for transactions, subscriptions, payouts, chargebacks, refunds, tax forms, and fraud prevention.
- With service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, message, email, provide push notifications, support, verify, monitor, and operate the Platform.
- With QWYKID or other QWYK iSoft services when needed for sign-in, account linking, identity, security, payments, reviews, product interoperability, or support.
- With third-party tools you connect or use, such as meeting providers, communications tools, partner systems, or payment-protection workflows.
- With legal authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, safety needs, fraud prevention, security response, rights protection, or enforcement of our terms.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Information shared inside the Platform may be visible to other parties involved in the same request, quote, consult, question, discussion, payment, or dispute. Information you share off-platform is outside our control.
5. Provider and Client Responsibilities
Providers, clients, partners, and distribution partners may receive personal information through the Platform. They are responsible for using it only for the approved purpose, protecting it, honoring confidentiality obligations, and complying with applicable privacy, marketing, professional, education, child-safety, health, employment, tax, and consumer-protection laws.
If you submit information about another person, you must have the right to do so and provide any required notice or consent.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, bot detection, service improvement, and Platform functionality.
You can control many cookies through browser or device settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the Platform from working correctly.
We do not use Platform data for third-party targeted advertising.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Platform, maintain business records, resolve disputes, process payments and payouts, comply with tax and legal obligations, protect safety, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and support legitimate operational needs.
Examples:
- Account, profile, service request, quote, final terms, messages, attachments, review, and question/answer data are generally kept while the account, request, profile, or record is active or while needed for Platform purposes.
- Provider tax, payout, license, insurance, document review, and compliance records may be kept as required for accounting, tax, audit, legal, and risk-management obligations.
- Payment, subscription, invoice, refund, chargeback, and payout records may be kept as required for accounting, tax, payment-provider, dispute, and legal purposes.
- Security, audit, API, bot-detection, access, and diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, compliance, and enforcement.
- Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.
You may request deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may keep limited information where needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, payment, backup, dispute, or enforcement reasons.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account, device, credentials, authentication methods, API keys, and authorized users secure.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account, device, payment method, API key, provider profile, or integration has been compromised.
9. Children
The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to the Platform, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Some service requests may involve family members, students, patients, or other third parties. The person submitting the request is responsible for having the right to provide that information.
10. International Transfers
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
11. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications.

Their privacy policies apply to their services.

We may update this Policy as the Platform changes or as legal, security, or operational needs evolve. If changes are material, we will notify you by email, through the Platform, on our website, or by posting the updated Policy.
